Please allow 2-4 weeks minimum to process and make your order since all products are hand made. As soon as the product is completed give us 1 to 3 business days to package safely and for the product to leave our facility.

All purchases are final. No returns on any orders due to the nature that will be produced per order with customise materials.
We offer exchange or fix on damages caused by carrier on the products ( more that 4 in or broken) after filling a claim with insurance with in 7 days from the time you received the product. Any products damaged during delivery, please contact carrier to file a claim. Costumer is responsible for shipping part back to us.

For exchange, fix or return of any product costumer is responsible for shipping back to us no return label will be provided). To get it return or exchange a re-stocking fee will be applied to that product and refund will be processed once part arrive to our facility. Warranty of product will be voided if any damage or modification are made to the specific part that was not made by our manufacturer. Part has to be return in the same way conditions as received for a refund. Any claims need to be reported within 30 days of receiving the product.
