All products are hand made please allow 2-4 weeks minimum to process your order and soon products is completed it will leave our facility within 1-3 Business days allowing us to package your product having it ready to ship. As a small business we prioritise shipping your products as soon as they are completed but we can predict any delay with holiday hours/ environmental delays; especially during busy times for us like holidays or when we have special discountsall orders are final sales. For orders past 4 weeks with no updates, please contact us through our live chat or via email.
Once package is shipped we will provide you with tracking information and please allow 2-5 business days for delivery ; Please use tracking number to monitor progress of shipping and delivery for your product as this timeline can vary. We do not have control/affect shipping once in transit via USPS/DHL/FEDEX/UPS.
